How to Drink a Wolf

Step One: Have your gourmet deli guy slice a quarter pound of his finest Spanish chorizo.

Step Two: Place the chorizo in a jar and cover with one bottle of Angostura Bitters.

Step Three: Close the lid tightly and set aside until the next post.

  2. True. That’s where learning how to cook at the knee of our families cook gets me. She sterilized every container of peaches that she put up from our orchard. Of course she didn’t use bitters. My apologies.
