  1. Even though Wolfgang served us duck, I share your fascination with pork and the various ways it conflicts with a number of important world cultures. Nancy sent me the link to your blog. I’m hoping there will be another complete pig breakdown I can participate in some day, so put me on the mailing list. Not long after I was looking at your pages I was on boingboing, and they linked to this: Somehow I imagined that pigs constructed entirely out of some other food group might be right up your alley.
